The Lotto Brussels Premier Padel is heating up with top players already signed up

From April 20 to 27, the Gare Maritime will once again host the Lotto Brussels Premier Padel P2 — and this year’s edition already promises a high level of competition. For the first time since the players’ boycott, a P2 tournament will welcome the best players in the world, both in the men’s and women’s draws.

Men’s Draw

Several top-ranked pairs have already confirmed their participation:

  • Franco Stupaczuk / Juan Lebron
The world number 3 team arrives in Brussels in great shape, after winning the Cancún P2 and reaching the final at the Santiago P1 just a few weeks ago.
  • Mike Yanguas / Coki Nieto
Currently ranked 4th in the world, this consistent duo has impressed since the start of the season, reaching the semi-finals in all three tournaments they’ve played.
  • Lucas Bergamini / Paquito Navarro
Paquito is back in Brussels! His presence is always appreciated by fans, and his new pairing with Bergamini brings fresh energy to the tour.
  • Leo Augsburguer / Pablo Cardona
One of the youngest teams, and very fun to watch as well! In Santiago P1, they caused a major upset by eliminating world number 1s Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia in the round of 32.

Women’s Draw

All of the top women’s teams are already registered, confirming the growing importance of the Brussels P2 in the international calendar.

  • Paula Josemaria / Ari Sanchez
The world number 1s are looking to bounce back after missing the title in Brussels last year. After winning the first tournament of the season, they have been close to lifting another trophy since, by reaching two finals and two semi-finals.
  • Delfi Brea / Gemma Triay
This new team is off to a strong start in 2025, with three titles and four finals in a row. Brea, already a winner in Brussels last year, will be one to follow.
  • Bea Gonzalez / Claudia Fernandez
A young team with strong chemistry. After reaching the final in Riyadh, they were forced to withdraw due to a physical issue on Bea’s side. Since then, they’ve come back stronger — and are now aiming for the Brussels title, which Bea won last year with Delfi Brea.
  • Sofia Araujo / Marta Ortega
Currently ranked 4th, their dynamic style and energetic court presence make them one of the most entertaining teams on tour. They haven’t won a tournament this season yet, but they will surely aim for the title in Brussels!

More to Come?

The registration list is still open, and more players may join the competition in the coming days. Given the current momentum, there’s a good chance we’ll see even more big names on court at Tour & Taxis.

With such strong lineups and special moments planned, the 2025 edition of the Lotto Brussels Premier Padel is shaping up to be one of the highlights of the season.
